I’m Stephanie K. Gomez, owner and pastry chef of Flutter Bakery and Confectionery. My love for food began at age eight, when my great-grandmother Ella taught me how to scramble eggs. From that simple beginning grew a lifelong passion for creating pastries that honor tradition while embracing modern style.

With over 20 years in the culinary world, I’ve refined my craft through a B.A. in Business Administration, an Associate’s degree in Culinary Arts, and a Baking & Pastry Certificate from The French Pastry School. These experiences shaped not only my skills, but also my vision: to preserve the artistry of French pastry while reimagining it for today.

People often ask what makes everything taste so good. My answer is always the same: love. Love for the craft, love for the heritage of pastry, and love for the joy it brings when shared. That love guides every detail, from timeless technique to beautifully modern design.
